Gets stuck in a corner after every run!!!

Ive ran about 6 different profiles, in both nightmare and hell, and i am using unstucker, and maxgame plugins.

it will do fiine for one run, and then it doesnt go to the way point on the second one, it will just go to a corner..

PLEASE HELP
