So they are trying to claim that I didn't have an active subscription on all those dates, hence why I didn't qualify for the early access. I had to dig through my payment history, and I was indeed subscribed since July 27th 2015 - until now. However, because I used a pre-paid 60 day game card, there isn't any invoice in my payment history. Wtf is that shit? I still have an active subscription.. by default, that game time has to come from somewhere. Any who here is the response I got:
Greetings
Thank you for contacting Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service to ask about early access to Knights of the Fallen Empire.
To qualify for early access from October 20th, you would have needed to have an active subscription on the following dates:

• August 31st at 11.59pm PDT – to qualify for Nico Okarr’s Blaster set
• September 30th at 11.59pm PDT – to qualify for Nico Okarr’s Duster
• October 19th at 11.59pm PDT – to qualify for the Star Wars™: Knights of the Old Republic™ inspired swoop bike.
If you’re subscribed from Europe, those dates were:
• August 1st or August 11th at 6.59am GMT
• September 1st at 6.59am GMT
• October 1st at 6.59am GMT
• October 20th at 6.59am GMT
To qualify for early access, you would have needed to qualify for each of these four rewards, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section at
http://www.swtor.com/fallen-empire
We have checked your account and have determined that you unfortunately do not qualify for early access. However, you’ll gain access to Knights of the Fallen Empire on October 27th at launch.
Please note that any subscriber rewards that you qualified for, including your subscriber-only Start at level 60 character, will also become available to you on October 27.
If you have double-checked your subscription records and see that your subscription was active on the dates and times above, please do come back to us and let us know so that we can investigate further.
