So you guys all know that Hellbuddy is gone and has been for a while. Just wanted to share my email that I used to get my refund. I purchased 2 keys from hellbuddy from the same paypal account. Both have been refunded using the same email dispute.
"I am requesting a refund for this faulty product. I used this product for about 3 weeks with constant disappointment because it would not work consistently. It constantly shuts down or freezes and at other times doesn't even load. The item was not as described and did not live up to the standard that they claimed it would. I stopped using this product approximately 2 weeks and have been trying to talk with them in fixing my issues with this item, but they fail to reply and constantly ignore any of my messages. When I tried to access the website last week it says that it has been SHUTDOWN. What kind of nonsense is this.The reasons I'm asking for this refund is because:First, you guys sell me a faulty and unfinished product that has constant problems and doesn't live up to the standard that you claimed.Secondly, you never reply to any messages that was sent through your website, making me think that your customer service is non-existent. Thirdly, it now seems clear that this was a big scam. You design a half working product that gives the illusion and hope that it will work and giving us empty promises that the program will be fixed and updated. Then, when you get enough money from people ordering your faulty product, you just shutdown the website and wipe your hands clean.This is unfair and unethical. I'm requesting a FULL refund of this faulty and unusable product."
