how can I find out the actor id?

Go to the QuestTools tab and click the MoveToActor button and then click on the object in-game. It will put a line in the dialog box with the information you're looking for.

I have seen it in chest and key runs profiles.

yes , you can delete it ...
- but the bot will talk to tyrael every time he see him ,
which is pointless / unless your doing bounties of course !
