German rep!??

I think it's fair to say that pretty much everyone on this forum speaks English as atleast one language. Can you not change the +rep descriptions to English? I hover over someones rep and have absolutly no idea what it says. It's only 2 minutes work as the text is editable in the VBulletin control panel.

I think it should be, especially for a forum like this. It doesn't mean much, but it encourages help and is a bit of gratitude shown to those that put the time in to make profiles and the like.
