Akuma Member Joined Apr 23, 2014 Messages 303 Reaction score 0 Jan 30, 2016 #2 Check if all the other gems are upgraded to the point their % chance to upgrade is lower than the chance you setup? If this is not the case, probably fresh install will get rid of the bug
