I'm working on making a Gem Crafter with [AutoIt]

Can I post about it on here? Or is that a no no?

And if anyone wants to help test let me know.
 
DB can't do any crafting that I know of yet.
Why I learned AutoIt scripting, just to make gem crafter. lol
Got tired of making them. And prices for gems are rising.

Id be interested in it.

But can u run bot and this gem crafter along each other? Bot does his thing, and gem stuff handles his? :)

Maybe a crafting weapons/armor one as well? ; )
 
Any of the posters asking to do something else knows what AutoIt is? (I think not) :P
 
Would be fairly easy to make one for crafting weap also would think.
I learned just enough to get what I wanted done.

The AutoIt would be ran while your standing in town doing nothing.
Would not be able to run along side of bot same time.

I had idea. To have it log off when done. Say for example done botting for day. Go to town, setup Gem Crafter. Go to bed, work, walk away. When done crafting all gems, it closes game and itself. I would need to learn more before could do that.

What it does now.
Uses image search. Select what gem want. Emerald for example.
It will click any work emerald, then click craft. Waits 3 seconds. Clicks emerald, craft. Back and forth. At first I had image for every gem. But then for easy just did 1 of each gem. I have tested few times. Will craft all gems.
As of now have setup to do just 1 gem at a time. I need to figure out how to setup to do multiple. And if get enough interest. My next idea is to add what gems want, like flawless, star, when to stop. And add a tab that has calculator. Maybe add ah prices for mats, see if can make profit.
Would be easy afk thing.

I have searched for gem crafting before made this. Only found 2. They just clicked craft and had x y cords set. So if your screen different size wouldnt work. Why I went image search.

I will keep playing with it try to make better.

What piece of weap/armor want and can make ya one. If I have it on my blacksmith to test. As of now I know can do a craft 1 thing over and over for sure. If wanting more complex I need to learn more.
 
Project seems promising. Let me know if you need any help with testing it, I've hundreds of flawless gem just lying in my stash...
 
Why make gems though? Last time i checked the radiant green gem were like 6 million gold? and costs what 12 mil to craft? :P
 
Radiant Star Emerald US server right now is 21.9 mill. The crafting cost 16mill, if you dont have to pay for mats. So save about 6mill right there.
With the duping stopping the prices are going to continue to climb. I see no reason to waste gems that I pick up. I just craft as go and use gems for self.

At the going price for materials heres the cost
Profit Sell Price
(w/ 15% AH Loss) > 22,049,207

You need 729 Flawless Square Emerald =4121
TOS =207

You come out ahead by selling your materials. Thats the way ive been doing it.

If I was going to craft something it would be 6 prop hands. Soooo 6 prop gloves.
 
autoit = ban,

I tried, and I got the consequences.

Unless you can integrate it into DB, otherwise nobody would be pleased to test the autoit code out.
 
I would think if grinding, farming with autoit would be easy ban. But you think just crafting gems or items would be?

I don't have to work on this project. Just thought if would help anyone then good.
And I like to learn new things.

What does anyone else think?
 
Updated. Changed to [iN2Fun]Crafter[AutoIt]
I added a 2nd tab for item crafting.
Open what item you wanted crafted. Have enough mats to make the amount you want. Put in number you want in to input box. Click Craft!
It will stop at desired amount.
No changes made to Gem Crafting side.

I thought of adding where can find what item you want crafted. But the time would take to figure it out would out weigh the demand for this. I think anyway.
If more people want will work on it. For now just keeping simple

Can it not be accessed as a zip file or do I need to save each individual file in the same folder. Pretend I'm a complete idiot. :)
 
Scratch all of that. Not testing this due to it being outside of demonbuddy. Higher chance of being caught using external software.
