Gem combination profile

This may sound a bit ridiculous.. But I gather a fuckton of gems.. and you can actuly make a decent profit selling the upgraded ones... is there in existence a profile that can automatically combine the gems until the highest grade possible? if not, is it hard to make one?

There is a program called Tinytask, you can put it on a flash drive or right onto your pc. Just run it, it follows your mouse commands, you just set it to click and then repeat itself x number of times.
