GB2 won't mount up

Hello, kinda new on this, just bought Honorbuddy, everything works perfectly except that my character won't mount up when he's mining. so I'll have to mount up every single time.
I Have Click-to-move on. what the hell is wrong with it?

Hi,

Maybe you forgot to enable using mounts in the settings. Check your settings panel.

Nope, the "use mount" is enabled. still doesnt works
