GB2 setting changes via the profile

Is it possible to set what herb/mine to gather or not gather via the GB2 profile itself?

Example:
While in Dread Waste I want to Gather only Fool's Cap, Golden Lotus but not Green Tea Leaf...

I know you can go into node selections and do this but for ease of use would like to just load the profile and hit start...
