[GB2] Repair does not work

Repair does not work in Pandaria. I have tested multiple profiles and none of the repair works.
Does anyone have the same problem and a solution?

I got the same problem have no log atm where my toon hits the % for rapiring

This toon hits 14% durability during this time

All i could see was:
[17:50:17.069 D] RessAtSpiritHealers: False --- He often ress at SpiritHealer when he gots owned by other faction
[17:50:17.069 D] FindVendorsAutomatically: True --- seems he addet some vendor

- Refreshment Detection
