[GB2 Mining] w00ts Twilight Highlands

I love this profile, but the grim batol area can be a pain in the ass. I only have holy gear and it takes me a while. There is also a chance that 5+ mobs can get pulled and it will just sit there forever.

these spots have caused me problems around grim batol. Im a holy paladin so dps is a issue.

EDIT3: I am pretty sure that these are all of the conflicted nodes that their are in grim batol.

the more and more I go through, I wish I could just block out Grim Batol, or have an option too. Its tough when I aggro 5+ mobs and I just sit there and heal forever.

every time i come up to a node it says its blacklisting the node for 0 seconds and then it flies to the next hotspot without actually mining the node. any suggestions on how to fix it?

go into bot config -->> then advanced --->> then make sure blacklisting time is 20
 
Best profile for gathering, can leave my pc unattended for a few hours without any worries.
Theres only one problem; So many people use it!

Had 3 accounts banned using this profile within the last week ! care !
 
I am not sure if he was banned for repeatedly dieing and being obviously a bot but we can only speculate. My small problem with the profile is It goes past Grim Batol and down towards where the escort quest is which takes you through a bunch of mobs in packs of 3/4 at a time up towards the gates of grim batol when it lands for a node. I have tried two different class setups for it and they work fine everywhere else...however as I don't know how to blacklist this section when I am not at the computer my guy will continuously die here...spend all the gold repairing and then sit at the vendor trying to repair all night because its run out of cash - it spent 1000g in one night on deaths in this region. The profile itself is very good and it does obtain a lot of ore's but it needs to have this region definitely taken out of the path even if it means taking a longer route. I can be more specific on where I am dieing if needed. Its not possible for a class config to combat groups of 3/4 at a time followed by another 1/2 walking past and aggroing mid fight. To the OP...I am sorry if there is an easy way for me to blacklist this, I was pretty skilled at pirox but not so much honorbuddy and the pirox profiles I was using never had this tiny bit of the route in. Thank you for an otherwise great profile.
 
w00t...not sure how often you check the 'Banned' forums, but there's ALOT of ppl getting banned and the common profile seems to be this one. Just wanted to let you know.

I think it's popularity has caught on so much that Blizzard is onto it. Might want to change up some of the coords? Anyways, just thought I'd share.
 
eh, just saw some others commenting on the same thing. for those using it, you might want to be at your keyboard for this one.
 
This, and Tony's, are the only TH profiles available iirc. It only takes someone watching a line of two-three people flying together to open up a ticket, even if they're just passing by.
And trust me, with this profile, I've seen it plenty of times. That's actually what got me to make my own profiles. One day I tab into the bot and I see a line of 5 people (myself included) going in the very same direction, one hotspot after the other.
 
ya i tried last night...line of 9!!!!! people!!! i was like ok im done mining for a bit till i figure out how to make my own.

Is there any specific settings that needs to be changed in the bot itself for this profile? It kept getting stuck on every other tree, and it would blacklist 70% of the mining nodes because it would just run up and down against the mountain/ground..
 
Hey everyone. Sorry if people are getting banned using my profile.

I mentioned earlier on (or maybe it was one of my other profiles) that there is a high risk of getting banned mining these areas.

A couple reasons for this being... TH is an extremely popular area to mine. Also I believe mine and Tonys TH are the two that have been here since the beginning and had been popular. I quit WoW a few months ago, but I remember the last few weeks of botting, I saw several others running my profile(I run a different version but just liked to look from time to time).

If you want to switch it up even a little... the best thing for you to do is reverse the route. At least this way you wont be flying the same direction around the map as everyone else.

I first released my TH script a little over a year ago. This is only slightly edited from the last release. So your looking at about 10k downloads, I would imagine that is at least a couple thousand separate people.

If I remember correctly, GB had an option to adjust your height. Just make it a bit higher. Not sure why you are running into trees. Also lower the timing for it to blacklist a node.
 
can someone help me im not very good with adding files to HB folders. which folder do i put this new addons into

don't have exact coords but a little north of elementium depths, there is a node that has an elemental guarding it. Do not know if it is GB or your profile that controls it, but it refuses to attack the elemental, just takes hits until it dies.

Update: it is at the altar of acension or throne of acension (forget which) and it causes death every time i land there. Do not know if this is a common problem but it appears that the add gets behind my character and then i stop attacking it

i am currently having the same issue and am also curious as to what i can do to solve it, i have mail to alt enabled with alts name input and the bot continues to try and gather ore once bags are full, if anyone has any advice id appeciate it

Came back to my char flying around Bot-like inside the Obsidian Lair. I thought these nodes would be blacklisted, but I guess not. >_>
