GB Recording a patrol

I've just recorded a couple of flying patrols using GB, but now when I attempt to run them the bot mounts flys up in the air then starts to follow the path. But with each waypoint it flys lower and lower and after about 3-4 waypoints it is on the ground and follows the path on the ground for the rest of the profile. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please.

all harvests listed in the log were whilst the bot was at ground level, after a node it would fly up then at the next waypoint it was back on the ground again.

Double check to make sure the fly box is checked.
