GB Profiles, Flying Lag issues?

Seems whenever i use a GB profile of any nature for cata, seems to hang when I fly? basically the mouse ping moves to each point before pushing forward, same when i am going to mine or herb, it has a definate lag about 1- 1/2 sec lag time. Any ideas?
 
Do you have addons enabled?
Are you using Singular or CLU?
What profile are you using?
Is it every profile?
Do you have any plugins enabled?
 
Currently running no pluggings, addons are turned off completely on this one, seems any cata profit it does this.
 
I'm currently botting on a Warlock, Druid and Priest. All three have zero issues, so the more information you guys can post the more likely someone here can help you.
 
I am using Singular, BM Hunter. Like right now im using a Goldthorn profile in hinterlands, working flawless, i can goto a mega outlands or northrend profile and run flawless, this is really mostly happening in Twilight Highlands and uldum for me, noticed it a bit in Deepholm too, with multiple profiles i've tried downloading.
