GB lifetime and honorbuddy sessions

I have a quick question. I bought GB lifetime and a 1 year subscription to HB. Now GB lifetime allows 3 sessions of GB or HB. Now does that mean I can use 3 sessions as GB lifetime, and one as the regular HB to make 4 total sessions or is it just 3 from GB lifetime? Thanks for any help!

Eh I didn't really see anything that answered the question. I knew that you could mix match the 3 GB lifetime sessions, but does honorbuddy itself count as a separate session outside of those 3? resulting in a 4th session?

3 total sessions, 3 gb or 3 hb, or a mix of 3
