GB is _SO_ much better with Flying mounts ;)

For anyone who is trying out GB and getting frustrated with ground mounts, like others told me, it's MUCH better with flying mounts.

So do what you need to do and get to flying or wait until expansion when lower level areas can use flying mounts...

But once I decided to hit 60 and test out flying and mining in outlands, SO much better (despite hunter issues). I'll go back and raise herbs with flying since I need to hit the noob zones for it so will wait until expansion.

P.S. I'm just happy it's as good of a product as I had hoped for...and it is. But if you start with ground, you wouldn't know it...

GB can actually be just as good as HB2 if you plot your points correctly and use range 10

but very few ppl do that

Oh yeah, I grew bored tonight and fired up GatherBuddy for the first time. Setup took a while, and when I finally got it running, I was surprised at how much worse than HonorBuddy it was! I downloaded the Elwynn forest 1-75 profile put out by Bossland, and let er rip. It's embarrassing, how bot-like it looks, and I'm actually surprised people haven't been banned just from the predictable pattern and movements it makes. I'm afraid to leave it on overnight - someone might notice and turn me in.

Ummm, yeah, I turned it off. I saw my druid's cat trying to climb two different mountains for an untold number of minutes, trying vainly to get some roots and herbs that were up there. It looks too risky to use. I'll wait till HonorBuddy comes back up.

Gb needs babysitting on ground mount farming
