GB dosnt start!

my GB is not Working
i have the newest version 1.7.4.4
but when i click on GB
its not starting

if i wait some minutes
this error is coming

please help

I have Windows 7
with Net Frame 3.5

Hello? did this fix it? a simple "hey it works, thanks" or "no it didn't, heres a log attached <attaches log>" will suffice
