Gathering faster than you can sell.

Hey all. I've been running my bots and everything has gone good. But recently with the release of MoP, everybody is in panic mode and trying to sell there goods. So I am struggling myself to push out my products. Most, if not all markets have hit the sh*t. And I am now starting to get a huge surplus of random stuff that is taking a longer time to sell now. So what ways can I counter act this surplus.
I've tried leveling more charcters for a wider spread of selling options such as:
I have got a Tailor 525 now to grind Cloth
I have a gather 525/525 mine/herb to obvi get herbs
I have an enchanter to DE all greens I get from grinding the cloth
I have a JP PvE'r that grinds for pets. (Not selling at all currently )

What else can I really do?
I have an 85 rogue no proffs, thinking about doing some skin/leather working.
Or do you guys know if I should do lock boxes? I know that some LB's that have Hyperion armour sell for a lot on my server.
Any thoughts?

why not horde the items tell MoP is released or a few weeks after an make bank when people need them mats to skillup

Haven't been through an expansion before, don't know what to do with my mats hehe.
will definitly start hording, will probably drop mining and herb, and just to a fresh profression buddy to get all the mats needed

Not sure how many 85's u have an what professions u have on them if u do not have any other 85's id keep what u have then mybe make a guild bank with a few tabs it might cost u about 800g or less but then u dont need to worrie about were to store the extra overflow items myself i have 6 guild banks 5-6 tabs each im filling up with cata an some Bc mats mostly yellow an red items to skill my professions up first then have the extra to make lots of gold but i also plan on still farming cata herbs after moP just to keep my bank stocked up.
