Gatherbuddy2 will not attack while it's harvesting

I'm currently farming Ghost Iron Ores with "B[Gatherit][Pandaria] Mega Multi-Profile" and Gatherbuddy2, While I'm harvesting an ore, and a mob attacks me, it will keep trying to harvest the ore, instead of killing the mob. This has happend after this recent update.
Also the mobs have a problem with just engaging a mob that has allready attacked me.

your log is missing parts of it. close out honorbuddy, restart it, and replicate the issue, once thats done upload the new log.
