i made some extended test on this profile without a single error O.o

you windows regional settings are the proper?

When it's done. The shattering changed the world forever thus making it imperative for HB to work that the meshes are updated. This may take a while ;) You will hear an official announcement when they're ready to.
 
At 3968.243, -2313.728, 213.888 tauren cant resurrect. other races can.
 
check if there are any BoP Items, and if you may have enoth money and repair is done

Well , i have none, but there is a stone in GY (3968.243, -2313.728, 213.888) and Taurens cant pass it.
