Gatherbuddy Error after last patch 4.0.6.13623

I need help with Gatherbuddy (and honorbuddy).
Since the last patch I get error when I try to load my gatherbuddy paths.

Error - loadPath2b: Input string was not in a correct format

I re-downloaded the gatherbuddy (1.7.6.3)
Deleted all paths.
Uploaded a new path. (Vash azsharasviel.xml) - Herb in Vashjir.
I run GB as administrator. Using Win 7 Pro 32-bit.

My Honorbuddy problem.
I can't find ArcheologyBuddy on HB since the last patch.
I downloaded the new release (2.0.0.4317).
I run it as administrator aswell.

probs you are trying to upload a broken or an improper(for Gb) profile

It's the same with every profile I've tried. The same ones I've always used and some new ones I tested.

I want to add what the problem really was. I changed the regional settings in order to get a economy program to work.
In regional settings - more settings - you can change what symbol is a decimal. In order to HonorBuddy and GatherBuddy to work, this has to be a ,
I changed it to a . in order to get my other program to work.
