Gatherbuddy compltely ignoring nodes

it will fly over nodes, mining / herbs and there not being used, i can manually mine them, using tonys storm peaks profile, please help,

Are they in the badnode.xml? I notice after I use GB for a long time it starts blacklisting nodes or at least appears too. Once I delete the badnode.xml file it gathers up everything in sight. just becareful though in case your profile comes with a badnode.xml you don't want to delete the wrong nodes and end up dead.
