I have Auth:Failed problem also
I have the same problem reported by others. I released and renewed my IP address and that has NOT fixed the problem. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last few weeks. I understand and realize that we are being ddos attacked yada yada etc etc. However, it doesnt appear anything is being done about it. I and other people cant access a service we have paid for. It doesnt matter why we cant access it, the bottom line is we cant. And some of us have been very patient. I have dealt with this problem off and on for a few weeks. Others I know on here have as well.
Dont get me wrong.. we are appreciative of the hard work. We are. Otherwise, we wouldnt have paid the money to have the service. But I also understand that when you start charging for a service, you have an obligation to make sure that service works. In my, and others cases, the service is not working right now. Please fix it.
