Gatherbuddy 2 - third test

Like i said in the last thread, to which there was no real reply.
This is good, but it HB chews to much CPU, is there anyway to:
1) reduce the amount of CPU needed.
2) make this a stand alone.
3) Just improve GB itself instead of intergrating it.

Currently i can run 5 GB's and 1 maybe 2 HB's all at the same time, ive noted that running 4-5 HB's just just a major draw on the CPU.

Will the old GB still be supported?
 
Funny, with the teleport farm script released for NoAddiction, GatherBuddy doesn't seem the least bit interesting anymore ^^

They have stated that they will continue to support and upgrade the stand alone GB. As many, such as yourself, want it to be a stand alone bot.

So for people that are running multiple upon multiple GB bots they will want to stay with the stand alone. For those of us that are only running one or two, and also want the extra features that running this as an HB bot gives us, this is a great thing.

Dont get me wrong, the new changes are amazing, i dont want my post to come off the wrong way, its just frustrating that HB is such a CPU hog.
Ive got a priest and needless to say his not the best botting toon in the world, running him with this and a decent CC wasthe best shit ever.
 
im using price of darknes , it does not attack. only the pet
edit: flys funny. flys 10feet stops, flyes another 10feet stops. then flys good for a while then repeats
edit2: tryies to mail soulbound items like: soulstone, healthstone

Tested for lil bit. Still get the lag pause at hotspots. But I think because dual boxing and slower computer.
Another thing noticed is when finds an underground node it has troubles. It doesnt do the ground hump like GB1. It some how knows its underground. But instead of ground hump it does a in air freak. Flys one way, then another, then back. About 10 times back and forth. Then gives up and flys on. I liked how on GB1 it would try maybe 2 times then say ok blacklist moving on. Just seems to try too long before gives up imo. I do like how it some how knows its underground tho. Maybe cant generate path or something. But ya make it give up faster.

Another question, idea. If can put in mailbox's, repair npc's like normal HB profile. Is there a way to put in trainers?
Say for example make huge profile where you can run all day that lvls up herbing/mining while afk. Changes zones, goes to trainer, mails when full. Go to bed, wake up with maxed in that area possible. Then manually move to outlands, so on. Instead of changing spots when ur toon lvl's up, change spots when your gather skill lvls up.

So does that mean i can use GB2 with Dalaran as Hearthstone-Destination?
 
Whats up with this CPU chewing everyone is talking abit, right now my HB is at 3% CPU usage running GB2 addon.
GB2 third test is working great for me in Durator doing both Herb and Mining.

Thanks for the last release its working great.

tryied the GB run from IF, with the hearthstone near the bank. all it does after hearth, in IF is trying to use the hearthstone again and again..
edit: using amplify mage cc. it waited for the pet to die, then it started a full, i mean FULL attack on the mob. here's the 2nd log

I want to know this, this would make GB2 the ultimate gathering bot..

That's where I'm at, even on my older secondary PC (older Intel E8500 CPU). WoW takes about 6% and HB maybe 3%.
 
here comes another bug:
after failing to get a node by falling off the cliff, it clicked and moved my toon, but it got stuck between rocks, but he was still walking (air walking). then HB tried to use the mount while walking. this had no escape untill i closed hb and unstuck my toon.
