Nice, I've discovered 3 new herbs today. :)
 
Any input on how to blacklist a specific node yet? There is one stuck in the world on my server and the not will not blacklist it. Even after failed attempts.
 
So is height modifier worth changing? Cause seems the way it is, flying an inch off the ground without touching and adjusting instantly to the contours of the land seems slightly bot like.
 
This is working great, my only real issue is the amount of CPU needed to run HB.
I like that fact that it will fly to its body, the custom classes, the only drawn back is the major amount of CPU using, is there any real way to fix this?
 
Idk if this is intended. But i got attacked by a player char and my bot didnt fight back.
 
I just run a test and have these issues:

- mob looting should be off, i have no room for common loot
- it uses alwas the (former) slow mounts, which makes me look like a bot >< i want to choose my mount itself. This is extremly important!
 
Terrain Rendering

Hawker,

Would it be possible to get an option in GB2 to turn terrain rendering on/off? Just render the toon, nodes, other players and mobs. Might help a bit with system resources as well.
 
I read somewhere that I can use HB to ground mount farm, seeing as I'm really new to all this botting stuff I'm gonna ask a stupid question.... how exactly do I setup and use HB to farm herbs, ore, using a ground mount.... Not level, or quest, just ride around on horseback and mine nodes, and gather herbs.

I know it's not the smartest question, but I've been looking all day long for instructions on how to do it, and can't for the life of me figure it out.

I've tried this and still loots mob. And there is no loot priority when have multiple mobs. Say for example u get 2 attackers. After killing 1 it will try to gather, or loot dead mob. Will only attack 2nd mob after gets hit. Its like oh ya your there!
In logs it says "can't find mob" or somethin.

Also on looting on my farming toons they have 4 mining bags, or 4 herb bags. If loot mobs the backpack will fill up fast. Even tho I dont let run long periods of time anymore. I still don't want to deal with trash loot.

And @ the "why sweet when broke!" Guy. I say sweet cause of the potential. If can gather anything! Woot. When kinks worked out will be awesome!

My bot doesn't loot mobs... the only time it did was when I accidentally left the loot master plugin turned on. And I do have looting turned on in grind mode. So I don't know what other people are doing...
 
This version works better for me. I have1 major issue and 2 other minor issues though:

- When skilling up in herbalism/mining, and it reaches a node, that the skill isnt high enough for, it continousley trys to gather it. Gather, move 5 yards away, move back and try again. and again and again.. This is a major issue, since it stops the bot and looking very bottish :)

- Im only using the default classes, and the mage is dying all the time.. Other classes seems to work. The ones I have tested is: Warlock, Mage, Druid & Pala.

- Repair is not working.

Other than that all seems fine, havent tested mailing.

Dont think its possible to go back to GB1 for me anymore, this just looks so cool. Since its now possible to start gathering a profile where ever U are, just as long as one is on the right continent, it would be great to have an additional option in gathering: Gather vanilla herbs/ore, Gather BC herbs/ore, Gather WOTLK herbs/ore, Gather Cata herbs/ore. Ofc, an option to select directly what to gather would be even more great :)

I noticed sometimes if the node is on top of a hill the bot dismounts too early and falls down the hill, keeps trying over and over again. It will never reach the node unless I stop the bot and mine it myself then restart bot. This might be fixed if you change the Height Modifier? Not quite sure what that does but mine is on zero. Any help would be appreciated!

Height modifier makes no difference it seems. This definitely needs support for a badnodes file as well, it will sit in one spot flying back and forth attempting to gather an underground node. Also, the problem where it dismounts too early and falls down the cliff needs to be fixed. It will just keep reattempting to get the node but will fail every time.
If those were fixed this would be even more amazing than it already is! I'm hoping those fixes are already in progress. Thanks for the great work :)

2. Mailing don't work
3. Spins in air, 1 tap on spacebar fixes it.

Amazing movement, and the use of CC makes this release great :) Not moving vertically up is also very nice to finally see.

5. Dont manage to get out of water, tried on dranei and dwarf.

If your worried about the looted items taking up precious bag space then check out an addon called 'lootfilter'. It automatically deletes items of various qualities and keeps other specified items. So for instance you could tell it to delete all grey and white items looted but specify by name specific what items you want it to keep meaning the individual herbs and ore you are farming.

I think it looks more natural to loot mobs personally especially in the the cata zones.
