This is orsm great release, only a fews which could be fixed (FIght Form for the druid goes in and out of it ) im sure its brought up before,
and every easy to make your own paths - Vendors and mailing which is handy. tyvm for this release.

Keep up the good work.
 
does the GB2 profiles contain blackspot tags mailbox etc etc? what can be included and what cannot be included?
 
Someone posted this before but; When you have a pet and your pet gets attacked then GatherBuddy 2 won't allow the CC to engage combat. My Felguard is strong enough to kill the mob on his own, but some other pets aren't. And it looks pretty bottish :p
 
Noted and will be fixed in next release.

Ninja nodes will be in next release. Combat lag is noted and will be fixed. The logging is not detailed enough so will be added to.

I love GB1 and will carry on using and supporting it.

I don't know. If it doesn't, we have messed up. Has anyone had good or bad experiences mailing loot? Has anyone used the guild vault feature? You can set it to capital cities now.

I have selected the radio button for Mail loot to Alt and put in my alts name but it just keeps going about its business and farming and getting the error message "bags are full"
 
OK. I don't know why that happened. Hopefully the next release will work better for you.

The best thing about HB is the skill level detection in comparison to the level required to herb/mine. If you notice you are skipping nodes, and you are leveling herb/mine.. go back and see if those nodes are red or orange. The bot will skip all red nodes which I think is amazing.
 
I am having issues getting stuck in water, it doesnt get to the top to mount out well enough. Anyone else noticing this?
 
too lazy to comb through all the threads, but you need to make an option to have GB ignore nodes that are in use by other players.

Great Beta release. The overall logic of how the bot looks great.

I let this run on mutiple toons last night in mutiple areas, water seems to be a very big problem at this time. During one of my tests my toon landed in water and basically stood there until I moved him to land or mounted for him.

As many people have mentioned Characters with Pet's just stand there right now. I tried a few different cc's nothing seemed to fix it.

BadNodes do not seem to work. Guessing BadNodes might have to be formatted differently as well?

Repairing? One of my toons went red and just kept going never went to repair. Not sure why.

I second this completely, exact same problems I am having. But regardless awesome job on this!
 
Well mine is gathering herbs, but doesn't seem to go into combat when attacked. Running a 85 unholy DK.

Anyone who has shell access and looking to do replace commands on your old path profiles you can run this and it will change all the files to the new format. After that all you will need to do is change the top and the bottom halfs.

Login to shell go into the directory with the xml files and just type this from command line

sed -i -e 's/<Waypoint>\(.*\)[[:space:]]\(.*\)[[:space:]]\(.*\)<\/Waypoint>/<Hotspot X="\1" Y="\2" Z="\3" \/>/g' *.xml

All your files should now be formatted correctly.

Sharing is caring right? <333333 Hope the new test version will go public soon. While very well usable there are some very nasty bugs in the current test version :P
 
This looks really promising :) Ive had some ussues with different bots - all different issues, my lock wong fight back, unless thers more than 1 mob, pala being unresponsive when attacked, mage doing nothing.. But I have a feeling, that when this works, it will be so f.. great! One thing thats really anoying, is when a herb is picked, and it mounts up, flys into a tree and get stuck, then trying to unstuck screws up the nav, so the bot ends high up in the air just spinning.. Seems only to happen to me, when it tryes to unstuck..

Yep. Just found at that pressing spacebar will fix the whole thing and it will return to the ground... Soooo, the spacebar key in WoW is hanging?

[EDIT] Just found out that exactly the same happens when you press the spacebar (manually) while running GatherBuddy 1. It will go up in a bugged way, and start spinning when it reaches the maximum height. So the spacebar is in fact virtually hanging. Shouldn't be too hard to fix, if they didn't already :)

I have 3 toons botting since this morning. So far the only things I have noticed are things that have been mentioned. Ninjaing nodes, and slightly buggy combat and last but not least no badNodes or avoid epic mobs (al la Beron Geddon). Here to a great release and looking forward to the newest beta!
