Hi there all. I can’t seem to locate a discussion thread for the new GB release so I thought I would post a few things here that I am having issues with to see if anyone else is having the same issues.
1) Targeting – when the bot gets attacked it will wait a good 5 to 10 seconds before targeting and turning to face the attacker and then will either fight or decide to run off away from the attacker before deciding to fight.
2) 2nd Mob targeting – if attacked by two mobs, the bot will kill one but if a pet is active and it takes on the second mob, the bot will just stand there until the pet kills the mob or dies trying.
3) Not Eating – food is in the bag and listed on the bar in the correct place but the bot will fight and near die and then just mount up and fly to the next node. If there is a mob there then he is dying because he has no health. This error occurs sometimes but not all the time.
4) Blacklist – Nodes I have blacklisted both recently and long ago are now being ignored. Perhaps Blizz has changed the position of some of these nodes by a yard or two in recent patches and they need to be added to the list again, however, nodes I have just blacklisted are still being harvested even after I restart the wow client and the bot.
5) Repair – the Uldem repair is going to the flight master for some reason and then just sitting there forever. Also, if the bot begins a flight run and I press stop botting, the toon will continue on its way to try to repair even though the bot is turned off. I either have to exit and restart the bot or wait for him to fly to the wrong repair guy and then manually move him to the correct repair guy and do the repair manually. Then he will continue on his way.
6) Mail hanging – when he goes to repair, the bot will try to send mail to empty his bags after he repairs. This feature will sometimes hang and he will just stand there at the mail box with a mail window open doing nothing.
I am using the newest release Gatherbuddy 1.7.6.2 Goldseller, my bars are set up correctly, keys correctly set and game is fully patched. Nothing has changed except I am running the newest release of GB.
Anyone else having these issues? Not complaining mind you, just want to make the issues known.
