This is a WOW BUG. Make a ticket and a GM will fix it.

They fixed it at least on 6 of my chars, where i learned archaeology and could not see the fragments.

Lets hope they fix it with patch 6.1.

you have to setup each char once on which you want to use GB cause each char has its own buildings and professions.... copying settings only works for Mailing, go into you 1st char - setup everything how you want it to work - go into the settings file - look for line where <MailItems> starts - copy everything incl </MailItems>... go to you 2nd char where you have set up everything to work except mailing - search for line </BuildingsSettings> hit return and insert everythin copied from 1st char....
2nd char will know also send all items to the char defined in 1st char - dont forget to copy everything or GB will tell you you dont have anything setup....

which CC are you using? if using singular choose default settings? if using any other CC you have to enable auto attack or choose any full afk setting....

Just wanted to get this off my chest in case anyone else feels this way.

Guys, I love this product and it has saved me an uncountable amount of hours already, but I also use other botbases and this leads me to follow even more and track their status as someone who really enjoys HB as a minor hobby along with WoW...

My point is that I feel like perfection is great and letting people vote/choose for their ICE features was a super cool way to market your product as different, but I'm worried GB isn't even the best garrison botbase anymore and that makes me a little

I know it might not be easy for people to follow what I'm expressing here, and I am not being critical as much as I am just saying I hope we can start seeing some of the plethora of smaller recommendation added in a short amount of time. I know by xpac end you'll have this thing rip roaring, but theres a lot of small things that could make quality of life better for people using this product.

I agree with HBfanboy1980 here. And also want to start by saying how much I appreciate this bot and your hard work for everything so far, but I too have lately been worried at the slow progress at knocking out the smaller features on trello that many have voted for (like guild vault withdraw/deposit access, additional professional daily cooldowns etc) which would greatly increase the bots value. Seems like weeks have gone by with only work towards missions.

It is not even working now I log onto my hunter turn the bot on and it says "One more check then going to break for 60's" so i manually click the table and i have 8 completed missions. so i think well thats odd. I check bot settings and guess what i had to check every box i watned again its not saving for some reason....

I found a little Bug. If you have more than round about 4-6 mails with attachments the bot doesn't have enough time to get all items out of it.

Although there is a known one which happen from time to time when using hbrelog.

Thank you for saving me so much time with this, never had a single problem with it, worked like charm since day 1!
But one thing i am really missing and thought about at;
A option to do also mission with less than 100% would be nice!
I've botted my char to 100 and all my followers are damn underleveld. So I only do missions for gaining xp, which means missions with a duration of 30-120min and a >60% chance are definitly worth it! (have GarrisionICE scheduled to do missions every 2 hours to level the followers) I think I had bad luck with the stats and skills of my followers, so sometimes there is only 1 of alot mission with 100% and thats the only one the bot does.
I think a implemenation (like I dont know; "[CHECKBOX]Also start missions with less than 100%, minium chance: %") would be leveling the followers really faster.
Is something like that possible?

Would be nice if you fixed the part where the bot runs into the ledge of the door for 4-5 seconds on its way to the mission table for level 2 garrisons (possibly level 3 I don't know). Doesn't stop the bot working but if a gm spectated that it would be an instant ban.

Could you post some logs?
Or do you know if it happens on all your char or just some specific races?

I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed but... I just purchased this because its close to perfection IMO but im having a few issues...
1) My blacksmith hammer apparently got sold, idk how. But the problem was the botbase goes to my blacksmith hub in my garrison and just spams the HB window that it is trying to craft something... but it cant tell I dont have a hammer, so it just sits there doing nothing in reality but it thinks it is. Can you add something to check if you have the required tools for the profession, and if not, buy them? Simple white tools like skinning knife, bs hammer, etc, are sold inside the garrison.

2) I had to disable the herb harden because if im in the "bottom right" profession hub, the one that is closet.. my guy just gets stuck and trys to run through the walls non stop to get to the pretty flowers. You can see the collission system trying to fix it but it should know to go back and take the main road to the garden instead of trying to get the nearest flower by walking straight to it.

Also a general question... Does the mission starting feature here work similar to the WoW addon "masterplan?" I.e. does it choose both the highest chance of success and higher reward? Or does it just base it 100% chance to complete?

This is important because obviously i might get 1k xp or 20k xp depending on which follower it uses... or 70 vs 300+ garry resources if it chooses to use the scavengers, etc.

Also for the love of god lol, add a select all/deselect all feature to trading post! rofl.. I have 9 100s!

Concerning your second issue, could you post of log of it?

The similar features to masterplan are on their way.

I would love a "general settings" panel for all my toons and a "specific character settings" if i want to override some general options.

As such if i'm getting late home, I can skip mine collecting on all my toons without going into something as boring as copying xml files because hey i'm a lazy engineer

OFC, it's not as important as fixing current bugs but I would love to see that on the Trello TODO list.

Well that's really interesting!
This would require quite a lot of time to do something rock solid.
For now we can't dedicate all our time to such a feature, we just saw what happen with something like missions.
So I can't put it up there yet for people to vote.
But I will add it to our private board, and we will certainly take is as one of the feature we develop on the side.

I could never figure it out either, but all my blacksmiths also all of a sudden didn't have a hammer at some point... maybe 2 weeks ago? I replaced them and have not had an issue since. Something definitely happened though because I didn't use sell-o-matic2 at that time, and my garrison farm and mission farm are seperate directory with their own settings and using a basic wow install with no addons whatsoever.

Either way I think it was a one time problem.

Possible that the protected item list was bugged.
Nothing here on GB side though.

May I suggest that until barn interaction is perfect that it is always attempted after every other activity? Just now I watched a toon doing some Capoeira in and around the barn for a good 10 minutes, the log said he was trying to mine but he was close to the main exit, very far from the mine.

Eventually he did make it to the mine and started the mining logic which is now very smooth and efficient (love it!), but... I set a 15 minute timer on HBRelog and so he was out of time.

As a general principle I think perfected tasks should go before work-in-progress tasks.

Edit: That damn barn is seemingly specially designed as a trap for bots, its a maze inside and farmer Lok'lub moves around a lot. Many times I have been looking everywhere for that NPC, and anything that is a pain for humans is going to be 100x worse for bots.

Those tasks are already first, but if the toon is too far from nodes or the garden, it will do what he can see.
And then it will move on to newly discovered tasks around him.

Furthermore, it seems like every push has it owns issues, when last release it worked flawless with no issues. I was wondering, is there any way to disable updates from the store? None of my guys are fighting the enemies that spawn in the herb garden, they just die from being aattacked and sit there... and then the pathing back to my body was also faulty and couldnt get past the building right next to the gy.. lol

The combat is handled by the CR, nothing from GB there. As soon as you enter combat, GB doesn't have the power until the combat is done.
Seem you should check the settings of your CR or report it to the developer.

Despite being a itty nitty feature, it would be nice for the bot to check if you have Blacksmith Hammer/Copper Rod when dealing with daily profession cooldowns for Blacksmithing/Enchanting and if not then if storehouse building has been built to check the bank and if none of the items are there (or no storehouse building at all) then go to General Goods vendor in garrison and buy the appropriate item before continuing with daily profession cooldowns as normal.

The first one seems to be related a known issue we are investigating.

But the issue seems to come from HBRelog itself.

I paid for full version of this, awesome bot BTW, just wondering can you add option to do missions less than 100%, I need to level followers on my 4 alts, and there are tons of mission at 97% (with Master Plan) but bot will not do them even though I have 1800 resources. Thanks.

Bot kept trying to mill a stack of 3 Fireweed when there was another stack of 200 available.

We will investigate!
Next time add the log, it makes it easier for us to find what we need to fix it.

I've turned off barn completely for my toons. I thought moving it would help, but it didn't at all. I'll attach one of the logs from my dk.

That barn supervisor is really a busy beaver. He moves too much. I know a lot of people have been having issues, but I've run it quite a few times and just watched it. He will end up inside the stalls of the barn that don't even have entrances lol. Once inside there he is stuck for good usually.

What kinds of ideas do you guys have to fix this? I am open to just having him wait for the NPC to come to a certain spot even if it adds a few minutes to each toon with a barns cycle. Not having them complete their cycle is really more time consuming that having them wait it out...

Plus some accounts I use for test purposes (the kind of things you shouldn't do at home cause it is a huge sign to Blizzard ), got banned. Not a surprise but set me back on the capacity to heavily test new releases.

Blacklisting seems broken. I have the ICE edition and am bugged as far as archaeology is concerned until 6.1 but it looks like it should work by blacklisting bugged lootables. Instead I get spam that its blacklisting but the bot never continues on and just tries to loot over and over again forever.

Thanks for the report. Althoug blacklisting is not yet in... what you see is the native blacklisting. The one making the bot buggy and doing crazy things such as going up, going down, going up, doing down...

I'm not going to post a log because there are no fewer than 10 in the last few pages of this thread with the exact same issue.

There is less than 10 users with this problem, this is really small proportion of all the users.
OF course we need logs and a lot of them, to find out why you are so different from everybody else!
Cause for now, we still don't know. The only possible reason is the fact that some were using a german version, some a hacked version and for the rest it is still a mistery.
So please, do post one, as should every user with this error so that we can pinpoint it.

In regards to my Char sitting still and getting pooped on in the herb garden, most of the profiles I run are TuanhaFrees and they should be all full AFK as i never play assisted amost anyway, lol.

Also starting to see many errors on doing work orders across multiple toons and multiple professions alliance side. Says that might be a bug so it runs away and then runs back non stop... so if i intervene and click start work order it works.. ie there is no bug its something on your end.. (the bug keeps the window youd interact with from even opening)

Please post a log for the new issues.
Concerning the combats, I would like to be clear. GB has no control at all on the combats. This is not the job of the botbase. As soon as you enter combat, this is up to the CR and GB is deactivated in the meantime.
So as long as the users throw the ball at us, we will just throw it back at you. :S
You should check what others using the same CR are using as settings and check with the CR writer.
If he finds out that we made a mistake, we will fix it right away. But for now, GB is no different than any other botbase, it doesn't take part in the combat phase.

My dwarf DK does not interact with anything. All my other characters work just fine. It moves to the mine, stand next to a node and does nothing.

I have an issue that has come up several times. While milling Wow gives the error "Requires 5 Fireweed". When I look in my bags there is one stack of less than 5 but there are other stacks of more than 5 that could be milled.

It might be because you modify the file with a not supported encoding.
Although most users don't have this problem.
Try with a different software.

Indeed everything was about missions!
But the good thing here, is once it's done we won't have to speak about it for months.
As we already said earlier in the project. We are here for the long run!
Garrisons and missions are gonna be here for at least 1, maybe 2 years. What is the point of us rushing a feature which we will have to improve later, and improve again, and again...
We do it once, and we do it well enough so that you will enjoy it from the beginning to the end.
Missions are the toughest things, that's why we waited so long for it. Now the majority of users were determined to set us on it, we did!
I am personally looking forward to work on something else too... missions have been around too long on our internal discussions

When I read this type of stuff it is reassuring that I've invested with the right people. I am also here for the long haul, but I will add you to skype so I can throw walls of text your way occasionally that you can read when you have time.

That said! Of course missions are extremely extremely important for long term, but having to go back to toons and try to to the simple things like turn in a quest at alchemy, grab my weekly token from war mill and/or small stuff like that I know that you could have implemented it very very fast in comparison to some other stuff.

I'll recommend once again what i did before.

Add one more column to the beginning of Trello for items that rate less hours of work and we can see how the rate compared to the larger ticket items that require major work. Or add a poll to this thread occasionally just to mix things up for super small features you think could be added. No reason to be all linear about how you do things relating to us customers right?

Wow, I'm amazed at the book you wrote considering how your last week has gone. I AM looking forward to the new features, as this botbase has given me a significant edge in the game! I'm having an issue when using HBrelog that on some toons it loads up, says switching to empty profile and then the toon stays afking there for the whole duration of the wait task.

Is this a cache problem or possibly butler related?
