GarrisonBuddy tries to upgrade ship with follower upgrade

Just as the title says, GarrisonBuddy keeps trying to upgrade http://www.wowhead.com/ship=511/bladefists-undoing with http://www.wowhead.com/item=114622/goredrenched-weaponry.

At first I suspected of the Master Plan addon, but the problem persisted after disabling it.
