Garrisonbuddy not working due to follower limit

Hello

I can not run the Garrisonbuddy due to that message:

You currently have 32 of your 20 active follower limit. Please deactivate some followers before starting the bot.

But this is not true. I have 32 follower totally on that char but only 20 are active.

What can I do?
