GarrisonBuddy Followers Error

Fresh install into brand new folder. no plugins, all default settings. Been this way ever since shipyards came to be.

follow the instuctions here on how to clear your caches.

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.

I followed the instructions. Closed wow and exited battlenet, closed Honorbuddy, cleared the cache files listed. Waited 15min.
Then I opened battlenet and ran the repair tool. I got the exact same error.

Any character that doesn't have the shipyard Garrisonbuddy works fine. Anyone with shipyard it doesn't work.

I keep getting this error since 6.2 HB update. I think it is because of ships being counted as followers (20 normal followers + 5 ships).
