Garrison buddy lag and disconnect

I let garrison buddy do its work it lags up on depositing reagents (gets stuck and i need to manually put it in) and also on work huts.. i normally let it go and do its thing but now I can't it was lagged up at looting/doing enchanting hut stuff.. i left for about 10 minutes to the gas station and came right back and found my game at the login screen

still lagging.. it's trying to complete scribes but i removed my scribes qrtr yesterday.. before it would lag and hang at depositing reagents and now its stuck on scribes qrtr.. i deleted my settings and cache

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.
