Gaming while Honorbuddy is running?

Ok so right now i dont feel like playing manually so i have HB doing BGs but im wondering is it possible to have HB running and still play other games on the same computer?

Sometimes i play Battlefield Bad Company 2 while my bot is questing/pvping, so yes
