Games withtout any Keywarden

I just started running keywarden profile (last time it was months ago) and i found that there is games where there is no keywarden at all, in any all acts, and the bot tries to find them... Is that new ?? Could adventurer detect this and skip these games ?

they are a guaranteed spawn on T1 and higher, but will not spawn at all below T1.
