Game simply won't open

I've used every option and thing that is mentioned in any forum post about why this is occuring, nothing works. I simply attempt to open the file, it thinks for a second, and nothing happens. I have no processes functioning for it, and the application is not running whatsoever, i have re-installed countless times, as well as running the setup assistant and following all the steps.

help please.
 
I've done this now about 10 times, reinstalling everything from scratch double checking every step running everything as admin, nothing happens when I hit run as admin in tries to do something, you can see it attempt to switch windows, however nothing comes up on the screen on on the task bar or even in task manager related to honorbuddy
 
yup just did it 3 more times just to be sure, still no dice.
 
Not getting any warnings or signals indicating a quarantine and to be sure I made an exception for all my malware and antivirus software just to make sure.
 
check if Hb creates a log and if there is a log attach it here plz
 
It's not creating any logs because the program isnt actually launching fully.

sorry ignore that last post and i did both of those steps as well as using the wizard, and following all the guides i found on the forums and links to. Also directly downloaded restarted multiple times, and double triple checked.
 
in that case its your OS that fails somehow
