Game Settings ( screen settings quality )

Hi all
I have problem with screen quality when im running more than one acc on my laptop.
When i run only one acc screen quality in ok it is on low settings but when i open my second acc the settings is not on low..
Can anybody help me with this pls.......
I have try disable AB and run game through glyph and lower the setting's and then start AB again but it is not working,
If i do it while in game it say settings will be changed ones i rr game and when i rr it is same it did not chance it back to low settings

I have same issue at my 2nd PC. How im semi solving the problem: start 1st acc - low quality settings, start 2nd acc - if settings set on high set it to low and manually close this window (alt+f4), then start it again and all next windows should be fine.

It's not solve problem with restarts when dc. Need a automatic solution. Anybody have one?

y the solution he give is not working for me.......i dont know how to fix this
