Game settings/preferences reset after each time

Hi guys

When I launch an account I always have to change the res, create chat tabs etc with my preferences. If I close the game proeprly and re-open the settings disappear. The settings disappear everytime, as if Updater has an auto executivable with default settings

does anyone know how I can make sure the settings are th same each time?

I have the same problem, I wish it didn't reset all my ability bars and bindings either...

you definitely need to delete your "documents" folder right in your archeage folder in C:/. NOT glyph. from there, need to import someone elses working documents folder, or reinstall. **YOU MUST DELETE ALL HIDDEN FILES, there are many**. I did the first option, i have a working folder uploaded of my friends that I used if you want it.

also for the AB bot specifically, do NOT choose your character slot # when logging in. just your server etc.
