Game errors shortly after pressing start

Hello. Game is crashing shortly after pressing start on DB. Issue has been getting worse past couple of days. I have uninstalled/fresh installed DB twice since the update today and a total of 4 times in the past 2 days, uninstalled framework and reinstalled using BuddyWizard twice and no matter what I do the game is crashing.

I have FRAPS and AMD Gaming Evolved. Previously Fraps was on and not causing any issues. Let me disable AMD app and test demonbuddy
