I try to use funky bot for switching heros to spend blood shard,but compile error.....

Uploaded v1.1.6.2

Fixed compile errors caused by changes in db API.
Added some new values to external cache.

This is not a full update for the newest D3 patch and future updates will concur as info is gathered. The patch added new items, units, gizmos as well as changes to some of the skills so funky is not optimized for 2.2 yet but its running fine as I tested to level up a new toon over the last week.

Also sorry for the lack of updates, I switched over to WoW for a bit and created a bot base for fun. However I got hit with a ban and don't care to continue with WoW anymore, so I'll play some d3 for a bit and update the bot now!
