Only it doesn't. HB has had atleast 3 updates since that was released. Buddy team is just slacking with giving updated changelogs.

Autoangler is fixed. The rest of the list is the same. Some things are less broken, but too buggy to be called fixed.

Known Bugs & Issues


Singular does not fully support all classes and specs yet.
Druids, especially feral druids,have many broken,missing spells
Professionbuddy does not work yet.
Dungeonbuddy does not work yet.
Archbuddy still needs to be updated
AutoAngler does not work yet.
There are Issues with BGBuddy
Most QuestBehaviours and Questing itself have flaws and will not work
Custom plugins and combat routines found on the forums needs to be updated by the authors before they work again.

BGBuddy works well for me. Gathering works well too. Questing works OK. Idk about Grinding.

It would appear that Dungeon buddy is up and working again now to.

From my experience:

Gathering is working just as well as pre-patch.
Auto angler works fine.
Grinding works fine- success varies class to class.
BG success varies class to class, but I was able to bot BGs fine on my hunter. Occasionally you won't requeue. May need babysitting.
Questing works ok. I would say that 1 in 5 quests I have to do by hand. But you might get lucky- my deathknight quested for 2 hours last night without needing babysitting
Lazyraider and combat bot work fine for most specs.
Dungeon buddy is working alright.

So... there's a bunch of things to keep you busy while they fix the rest of it
