Frost nova!

Hi, for some reason my archon wizard wont use frost nova whilst out of archon, I have no clue how to post logs or anything (sorry about that)

Perhaps someone else has had this issue and solved it?

Would be very appriciated if someone could help me out with this!

Frost Nova and Slow Time

Do have the same problem with Firebirds and Vyr's that Frost nova and Slow Time not being used at all.
heres hopefully the right Log
