Fresh Install /Wont Install

So I tried to install HB and Got this error 0x80070490 - Element not found
I even tried to Install the .net framework and the c++ individually and it just told me that couldn't install because had same/newer version. I also used your guy's installer.
I'll attach a log file as well, any help would be much appreciated, does the bot not work on windows 10? I just upgraded 6 months ago to windows 10. Will do any recommendations, and it seems your install video link is dead as well

use the zip file instead of the installer plz
