Fresh install, stuck at Check available updates.

Check available updates. (little circle loading thing just keeps on turning).

Anyone else experiencing this?

? no, it wont get past step 2 when i first launch it. Redownloaded updater so its a fresh install but wont install. Also does the same to and old install wont update. Works fine on one computer but nothing on the other, only difference is the one that is working is windows 8.1 and the one that doesnt is win 7. but have had no issues before.
