Fresh Install on new computer - Error

For some reason I am missing a step (I think) and keep getting this error when trying to start up DB:

Install Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Run it as admin

Next time start up a thread in the support section and attach your log there
