Fresh install of diablo3?

Just created the new accounts on Bnet, so i?m ready once DB is up and running. Previously i haven?t made fresh installs of the diablo client whenever i was banned.
But since it would seem like Blizzard has stepped it up a notch, i?m wondering if it may be necessary afterall..? Is revealing information about previous accounts stored in the install folders somewhere?
If so, what would i have to delete in folders to remove clues of the previous banned accounts?
