Have you heard of Timeless Isle? Do you want to get nearly full 496 geared in the possibility of under 1hour, perhaps even less?
The Timeless Isle is the isle that was added recently and has chests all around the isle; giving you Bind on Battle.net Account tokens which you use to create randomly generated gear (has different stats varying on what your current talent specialization is)
You are able to obtain a - Helm, Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Wrists, Gloves, Belt, Pants, Boots, 2x Rings, 1x Trinket from Timeless Isle; as for a second trinket you can purchase an 85 trinket from the vendor on the isle(or any other gear vendo around MoP)
As for a weapon, that is a simple fix. Arena of Annilhilation.
There is a scenario (you have to open your LFG tab and actually queue for the scenario)
Once inside the instance (it is a single room with 4x bosses) You can obtain the quest(The Arena of Annihilation - Quest - World of Warcraft)
After completion of the scenario you will then be able to choose a 450 weapon.
Below, I have attached a picture of the map, and every location of every chest on the Isle.
This guide was written fairly quickly and when I get home I will touch it up; if you have any questions please leave them below and upon my return will answer to the best of my ability.
