Fresh 70, what to do?

As the title says. I saw a thread where they would recommend doing ghom on master but isn't ghom inefficient now? I'm doing rifts & bounties on master but I'm sure I could do better than that. I just want to gear up.
 
Nvm, there is no way to die on chest runs apparently. Is that the best thing I can do as of now?

its all down to " how bis your gear is in the end " , just keep working your way up.

then decide what your after , xp , loot , gold ?

I'd say your better with chest runs to get you into T2 , then once T2 do bounties ... Ghom imo doesnt pay off until T5+ under 20sec lets say.

and always try to mix it up.

Which profile would you recommend for chest runs? It seems like there is around 5 of them
 
^ honestly , I have not a clue - havent used them very much at all or in few weeks now.

try them all , see which one works for you , you'll soon find one.
 
This one worked great for me. If you're playing a witch doctor it's pretty easy to get geared enough for T6 Ghom by running chests for maybe a week (or less, or more, depending on luck). If you're not playing a witch doctor, I'm not sure what you should do after chests since I've never tried botting other classes.

Thanks, I'll try it as soon as I get my computer back cause on a laptop it takes way too long to create a game and gets stuck too much :(
 
I would recommend pick up all items then salvage all.
This is to prepare you for Crafting, if you get lucky enough to get recipes.
Focus on Aughis and Cain to help you gear up. Cain for additional Magic Find.

Got both Augild and Cain, crafted aughild's power(s) and aughild's search(s) but... They're all pretty damn bad.

Hmm this one is pretty good right?

I'm just not sure about the resistance to all elements, is it better than vitality?

It depends on what you're sitting at for all resist and vitality, if you have a decent amount of all resist switch it to vit.

Personally i'd keep it as is and see about removing the 34% extra gold and re rolling that. If I remember right, you can get some range or melee damage reduction as a secondary stat on wrists
 
there is nothing to do in db but farming gold or legendary gear

Since your mainstat is INT - you can sacrifice Resist and get VIT.
Upgrading is a process, its not an overnight process.

Edit:
I recommend doing Normal Bounties.
Then rift.

Chest runs are awesome, with every fresh 70 i run chests till i get a gear set up then move to Ghom, my suggestion is to run Chests till you have mask of jerem, tasker and theo and tall mans finger (ring), by this point you will prob have a fire or poison SOJ, and if you are really lucky a Maras ammy, at this point you can move to Ghom T6, WD with the items i mentioned can basicly craft the rest of the gear and kill Ghom in under 10 sec, and mara will make it so u never die. When that time comes and you get these items check out the builds in my signiture and then you can start grinding gold and paragon levels along with Legendarys. Good luck and happy hunting. aslso there has been some traffic about bans with ppl using the plugin "gearswap" till we know more i would make sure you are not using it.

I have fire SOJ, mask of jerem 93% and tall mans finger, I just need tasker and theo then ^^
 
Isn't there a guide to gear up for ghom? What bonuses should I reroll etc? Just got my 3rd piece of zuni now. I have shoes, armor and mojo I'm just not sure which stats should I reroll.
 
reroll zombie dog damg on mojo, chest and shoulders
keep your crit hit and damg high
there is alot of info in the thread in my signiture check it out
 
That's actually pretty good if it was your first roll.

I'm often stuck between vit and as aswell but in general vit is better, but as isn't far behind IMO.
