Since a majority of us got hit, if we email support is there any way you can freeze our subscriptions?

That would be nice since we really dont know how long your investigation is going to take

I honestly probably wont restart until there is a proven semi undetected setup that people are using or has been proven

It is never "undetectable"....they can always determine who is botting. It is just a decision by blizzard as WHEN to ban, and how many to ban. Botting isn't safe, accept it, or don't bot....

key word "semi undetectable" ie: being able to possibly bot for more than a week straight

obviously ive accepted the fact of getting banned cause I went 24/7

Your post has nothing to do with my current request, so stop with ur nonsense. Your post count shows it all

You must be a genius to make this statement with such confidence. Either that or you must be pretty dumb. No offense.

I think that's a really good suggestion, hopefully someone will notice it.

its only a few weeks at most, not worth the trouble or man power to freeze subs, its not that expensive also

harley -manpower?;) one sql update command would do the trick (example extending ecpire date) ; )

anyway is there option to bypass tripwire? i would run one ro two and report what happen

once the investigation is finished we can start thinking about adding more time to people who have 1 year subscriptions to offset the downtime, but there's a lot to do before we even get to that point, and ultimately it would be up to hawker.

Hey there,

I was going to post a new thread but this one voices my exact same concern.

I tried entering my new yearly pass today (I literally bought it 2-3 hours ago) and was met with the tripwire. Did the countdown start?

I know you guys have bigger fish to fry so I'm not too worried... but it would be nice to get the downtime returned since I wouldn't have attempted to start the bot if I knew I'd be locked out

Thanks in advance

the way to check would be to log into the buddyauth website and see if your keys status changed from "INACTIVE" to "ACTIVE".

Thank you.

Ahhh shit... Looks like my key was activated.

It's not too big of a deal to me if the bot is down for a few weeks/days.

But lets say demonbuddy is down for a month, or even two... Do you think you guys would look into a extension / remedy of some sort?

ok my account got banned so i made a new account and got "trip wire" i believe i bought a life time subscription but does that mean it would only work on my one account it wont work on a new account ?! or do i have to buy a new db account along with game account? this whole thing is new to me i really dont know much about this stuff ive had my account for a while but since i dont play with people or understand what half of these forums are even talking about im really in the dark if someone could pm me like a cliff notes for dumbies on all this id appreciate it .

DB keys are not linked to ur d3 account.

u can use ur DB key with 1291238210391238 different diablo accounts just not at the same time and not at the moment.

Thank you.
