Freeze after clicking Start button

I ran WoT and Tankleader as administrator, chose tanks in garage, added antivirus exception for tankleader, removed and installed Visual C++ via Buddy wizard, and still get freeze after clicking start button. I restarted PC and tried for several times, nothing helps. Windows 8.1 x64 with all updates installed.

Problem solved by starting WoT in windowed mode
