frame rate loss

for some reason as soon as I start DB diablo looses framerates.... i can tell because nothing runs smooth anymore. any ideas on this?

both are set to 200.

I did a test with Kapalskey paused and diablo did not lag.... is there a way to fix what is causing the

I made the exceptions in Kapalsky and still having the frame rate loss...

Any other ideas?
